Rump Steak, Caramelised Onion & Fresh Rocket Pizza

Method

Place the rump steak in the Wild Appetite Teriyaki Marinade, allow to marinate for 20 minutes.

While the steak is marinating, slice the onions and lightly fry, add the Wild Appetite Merlot Wine Jelly so that the onions develop a lovely sweet flavour caramelise.

Fry, grill or barbeque the steak until medium rare and allow it to rest for 10 minutes and slice into thin strips and season with salt and freshly ground black pepper.

Preheat your Pizza Maker oven on setting.

Brush the pizza base with Wild Appetite Mediterranean Bread Dipper.

Spread the pizza base with Wild Appetite Tamarillo & Paprika Sauce and top with cream cheese and grated mozzarella.

Arrange the grilled sliced steak, caramelised onion and cocktail tomatoes on the pizza.

Place in the pizza cooker and close the lid, turn temperature dial to 2.5 and cook for around 5-7 minutes.

Arrange the fresh rocket on the pizza just before serving.
